Watering:
Keep the soil moist and water when the top inch of the soil feels dry to the touch. Do not allow plants to stand in water.
Fertilizer:
Keep your plant in top form by feeding it every few weeks with a dilute solution of liquid fertilizer or solid fertilizer over the soil.
Re-potting:
if you prefer to maintain the current size of your plant, repot it into the same vessel, providing new soil and trimming away some roots and foliage. Spring or summer is the ideal time for repotting as the plant is at its strongest.
Temperature:
The Bird of Paradise prefers warm temperatures from 21-28°C.
