Watering:
They may require saturating several times per week while establishing, and then at least weekly once they have taken root during the growing season.
Fertilizer:
While establishing, a monthly application of fertilizer is preferred. An annual early spring feeding for mature plants.
Re-potting:
If the plant is in a container, repot it every two years to avoid root-bound conditions.
Temperature:
It thrive in warm weather with high humidity. Although established plants can withstand temperatures as low as 25 degrees Fahrenheit, new growth will not survive in temperatures below degree Celsius.
