Euphorbia Milii is a species of flowering plant native to Madagascar in the spurge family Euphorbiaceae. The species was named after Baron Milius, the former Governor of Runion who introduced it to France in 1821.

Description
Watering:
Water when the soil feels dry about 1 inch below the surface.
Fertilizer:
Very little fertilizer is required. Use a diluted solution of a balanced fertilizer (10-10-10) once a month in the springtime and throughout the summer.
Re-potting:
Repot the plant every two years in late winter or early spring. A mix designed for cacti and succulents is ideal. Use a pot that is large enough.

A Crown of Thorns plant is a heat-loving plant and does well in temperatures between 13 to 35 degree Celsius.
