We deliver to everywhere in the UAE. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the UAE.
You can pay for your order through debit or credit card, bank transfer or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Yes, there is a minimum order value of AED 150. Any orders below AED 150 will be charged a delivery fee.
You can make a change to your order or cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. To make a change, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org Unfortunately, we won’t be able to make changes to an order placed over 48 hours prior. Please note, cancellations of purchases made under Same Day Delivery Service, or special offers for occasions such as Eid, Valentine’s Day, etc. will not be possible.
We take every effort to ensure that all our products are delivered to you carefully and in perfect condition. However, if something has gone wrong, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at email@example.com , along with a clear photo of the damaged plant or product and we’ll take care of it.
We’re sorry if you’re not happy with your order. Please send us an email within 30 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org , and we’ll let you know how you can return it or arrange for a collection. Once it gets back to us, we will refund you if all return conditions are met. Please note, cancellations of purchases made under special offers for occasions such as Eid, Valentine’s Day, etc. will not be possible.
